Sales Tax Information
Since LightingBest.com is located in California, we must charge sales tax on all shipments to California addresses. However, if you have a California State reseller certificate, then you qualify for tax exempt status and will not be charged sales tax for shipments within California State. To establish exemption eligibility, your certificate must be submitted prior to the purchase of the product.
All orders shipped to locations outside of the state of California are not subject to sales tax.
