General Shipping Policy
For shipments sent UPS Ground to locations within the lower 48 states, all shipping costs are included in the price of the product. No additional shipping costs are charged. However, higher priority shipping service is available for an additional charge.
International Shipping Policy
If the order is being shipped to a location outside of the continental United States, the shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. After such an order has been placed, a customer support representative will e-mail the customer a shipping quote for their approval. At that time, a decision may be made to cancel the order without penalty. LightingBest.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fee's including Brokerage fee's that are associated with any purchase; these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
